We purchased our solar system from Aztec several years ago. Our inverter went down recently. We called Zallee at Aztec who arranged a warranty replacement. She was very helpful. A polite and friendly person to talk to. She arranged for a service call to replace our fried inverter with an upgraded one. The technician Kristian arrived a week and a half later right on the arranged time. Replacement was completed within an hour and our system was up and running again. He was a very pleasant young man who was very knowledgeable and efficient. We are extremely happy with Aztecs after sales service. As far as we are concerned it is faultless, efficient and timely. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality products, excellent after sales service and communication.

Very happy with the product and as described by Bryce. Everything was explained and the installation went well. Sadly it just took time to get it installed because Aztech were so busy but this explained to me as well. This is in no way a bad reflection on Aztech. The Solar panels are working as they should as is the 16 KWH Sigenergy batteries and Inverter. Already spoken with Bryce about another 8 KWH module which will be added in May. Being able to monitor the power coming into the house and stored and how it’s being distributed and managed is excellent. Aztech solar did a great job on our Sungrow Battery and Inverter and Tindo panels install. All works great and the install was nice and quick. Would recommend Aztech Solar.

We were recommended to this company by a neighbour. Most of the houses around us have used them with no issues. Service was great. Bryce came to our house to discuss our options and we decided on 24 panels and a Sigenergy 24kw battery. There were delays due to the rebates and availability but not unexpected as everyone was trying to get solar installed. We are very happy with the installation. Once the date was advised we were only delayed by 1 day due to rain. The team who were at our house were amazing. They worked very hard on a hot day to get it done and the system was providing energy to the battery from 11am. Down time for electricity and internet were not as long as expected which is great for someone working from home. Since installation we have not used any grid electricity and our battery has been fully charged every day and starts at around 68% every morning. The app is great and easy to use letting you see how much is being generated and used. We have been exporting to the grid since installation. To anyone looking to install a solar system I recommend Bryce and this company for their professional knowledge and service.

Aztech recently installed a 15.47kw Aiko array DC coupled to a three phase SigEnergy SigenStor 30kW/48kwh battery stack. The initial consult with James was in person, making them the rare breed of installers visiting site to understand requirements. There was a wait for install due to the demand and subsequent stock shortages after the Federal Home Battery scheme, but this was communicated clearly with an estimated time the system would be available. The install team were professional, tidy, and did a fantastic job. We are very happy with our new found energy independence, and look forward to many years of returns and the comfort that a quality, well established player such as Aztech provides should we need any assistance in the future

5 stars from start to finish for my inverter upgrade and battery install. After submitting a request for a quote I was contacted the next day. The salesman Bryce was excellent, he was no nonsense and upfront about his commission structure and pricing of systems which led me to getting a battery system that suited my needs rather than getting pushed into a buying a system that was excess stock which I found from other companies that I had gotten to quote. After I paid my deposit there was quite a wait for an install date but with the federal rebates taking effect and inclement weather this was to be expected. Every time I spoke with the admin team they were a pleasure to deal with. Kyan and his fellow installers were at my house this week to remove the old inverters and install the new inverter and battery system and the job they done was impeccable. Each day they arrived on time and with a smile. They were friendly and approachable and took the time to get everything right. This resulted in a very tidy installation as you can see from the photos attached. I will recommend Aztech to anyone that asks me about my battery installation.

We were highly impressed with the professional installation of our new Aztech solar system, Tim and his team were outstanding. Now that we have had a chance to see the performance of the new system I can say it is phenomenal, delivering great results. Our sales guy James had detailed to us how it would operate and it is right on track. After 1 call, had Bryce come out and run through absolutely everything so we could get the most out of a new system. Turned up with a complete roof plan ready to go. From getting the quote to arranging install was a breeze, honest pricing and really relaxed process. We have valued Aztech’s advice and technical capabilities for the installation of our solar panels and, most recently, a battery. The advice we received was sound and there was sufficient detail provided to compare with other quotes. In the end, we decided to engage Aztech as the quote for the proposed system was competitive and we supported a local business. The installation technicians were friendly and left the site clean. Further, after sales service and advice is excellent. We have had the need to seek assistance to weed out some wifi communication issues, between our network and the inverter, and Aztech have been excellent in fixing the issues. We had our 8kw solar system installed by Aztech Solar and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Alex turned up to quote the job when he said he would and the installation happened about three weeks later. There are 9 panels on the north side and 9 on the west side. The guys arrived in the morning and the system was up and running by lunch time, concluding with a detailed explanation of everything we needed to know Alex called us a couple of weeks later to check if there were any issues or questions we might have, but the system is working as it should when the sun is shining without any issues. I would strongly recommend Aztech Solar to anyone contemplating going solar.

We are extremely happy with Aztec solar. The quote was done on site and identified some installation issues which were missed by other companies quoting from google earth . On the day of installation they used a local sub contractor which was not a disadvantage. The sub contractor was able to hide conduits by weaving them through a low roof cavity , down the wall cavity to place the inverter on the opposite side of the house to the electricity box, in a place which maintained the aesthetics of the house.

Aztech Solar were very professional throughout the entire journey with my installation of Solar Panels + Tesla Powerwall battery. Everything went well, starting with my initial phone call to Maddison to book in my free on-site quote by James & continued through to installation day led by Kyan, with strong support from Kieran & the rest of the team. What an excellent business to deal with from Reception, administration, interaction and installation at all levels. Professional, friendly, competent with a can do and polite attitude! We had solar system installed last Thursday, after some prior hiccups with weather but timely arrangements were made. What they advised and provided is what Aztech delivered with supportive help along the way! Believe the positive advertisements for this company! They provide excellence! After sales has also been excellent so far! Prices were reasonable for our system including rebates and further discounts! Very highly recommended.

From the start they were wonderful. Very knowledgeable during the quoting and planning consult. Install team were fast and efficient. The panels look great. Very sleek and stylish (compared to others I’ve seen) I was very against putting them on the front of my house but I barely notice them now. Electrician was very friendly and helpful when explaining further how it all works. Especially with the app. The SolarEdge app is also very easy to use. I find myself constantly watching it. (It’s good to see the savings)

I wanted a local reputable solar company and that's what I got. They installed exactly what I wanted, very professional and the install met my high standards. Customer service is great too.

We had 19 panels installed about three months ago, what a great bunch of people they are, everything was explained to us when obtaining a quote. Our last bill before we fitted the solar was $845.20, the next bill with solar fitted was $74.52 and that was only two months with solar and the first month with out solar, I cant wait to see the next bill. The worse thing is that I'm sending around 80% of my power back to the grid for 00.76 cents per KWH, If I could afford a battery and the sun keeps shining I would never get a bill. Congratulations to The Aztech team for a wonderful and truthful job, I will highly recommend Aztech. Further to our previous review, we just received our full three months account and we owe $0 and we have $19.70 credit, we are so pleased that we had our system fitted by The Aztech team, thanks again Aztech.

My Wife and I chose to purchase our new 6.6Kw Solar System for our home here in Raymond Terrace and we are are super happy with the service we received. From the initial contact, quotation, follow up in setting a date for installation to the super efficient team that both uninstalled our old outdated solar system and then installed our new system. Bryce was a very awesome representative to deal with, he explained everything clearly - met us after hours and was very upfront about the process. Answered every and all questions. Maddison has been awesome with all questions, calls and follow ups. Very friendly person! The installation team were spot on, polite and clear about the way they did the panels, even to the point of ensuring there was no shadowing from the aerial and Chimney stack by moving a couple panels around, while still making it look uniform. They were quick, to the point and got the job done very quickly. Poor buggers did on a 33 degree windy hot day. Couldn’t recommend a group for solar panels more. I’ve been very skeptical because there has been so much misinformation, scams and fake rebates going around, but the rebate was pre added in the quote, and local reputation gave the initial confidence in this group. Installation warranty secures my confidence in the company.

Azteca Solar we’re highly professional from quote to installation. Panels installed yesterday on schedule, installers provided an explanation on slight change to layout & all I needed to know about the operation of the system. Aztec Solar were very cost competitive, they weren’t the cheapest however they have been extensively used in the next suburb & came highly recommended. System already meeting all expectations. I highly recommend the company.

I recently decided to have extra solar panels added to my roof to help with the cost of continually rising electricity prices. I arranged a meeting with Alex from Aztech Solar to explain the benefits to me by doing this, everything was explained thoroughly and I was extremely happy for his company to do this work for me.
