We are extremely happy with Aztec solar. The quote was done on site and identified some installation issues which were missed by other companies quoting from google earth . On the day of installation they used a local sub contractor which was not a disadvantage. The sub contractor was able to hide conduits by weaving them through a low roof cavity , down the wall cavity to place the inverter on the opposite side of the house to the electricity box, in a place which maintained the aesthetics of the house.

We had 19 panels installed about three months ago, what a great bunch of people they are, everything was explained to us when obtaining a quote. Our last bill before we fitted the solar was $845.20, the next bill with solar fitted was $74.52… More and that was only two months with solar and the first month with out solar, I cant wait to see the next bill. Overall we're happy with the outcome in the long term but we had a fair bit of difficulty getting info on the products we were comparing/considering and even less communication regarding installation after we signed the contract. I… More had to follow up four times myself. I updated my phone number three times but kept getting replies to my update requests on my old work number - and they never got my first name right, even on the contract. I was eventually given an installation date, but told 8 days in advance that it might not happen due to rain; nobody showed that day and it did not rain (though had been forecasted earlier in the week) but it would have been helpful to have been told it was cancelled and have been given the next date for installation.I had success contacting the main office instead and was told the installation was the next business day, but I had not been advised. The installation team however was absolutely excellent. It took one and a half days due to a heat wave but they explained everything and did a great job installing/cleaning up. They sent photos of the finished result and were very polite and friendly. I'd recommend this business if you're not particularly eager for follow up information and communication and want a good end result which we're entirely happy with (though still haven't gotten a bill to see any savings/reduction).

Alex called us a couple of weeks later to check if there were any issues or questions we might have, but the system is working as it should when the sun is shining without any issues.

We had 19 panels installed about three months ago, what a great bunch of people they are, everything was explained to us when obtaining a quote. Our last bill before we fitted the solar was $845.20, the next bill with solar fitted was $74.52… More and that was only two months with solar and the first month with out solar, I cant wait to see the next bill. Very happy with the overall outcome. Our sales consultant, Bryce, was thorough with his explanation of the different products. We wanted to keep the job local so compared two companies which were both good. Aztech got the gig mainly due… More to the fact they supply the fully black panel which was important to my partner. Pricing was competitive as well.Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the lack of communication once you place the order. Sales guy says someone from installation will call within the month once a day is confirmed. I waited an extra two weeks as it was around the busy New Year period before having to chase up for an update for install. They did say they were running behind schedule but a simple call would have been nice as we had other work waiting to be done. Apart from that small glitch, I would have no issues in recommending Aztech Solar for your Solar needs!

Overall we're happy with the outcome in the long term but we had a fair bit of difficulty getting info on the products we were comparing/considering and even less communication regarding installation after we signed the contract. I… More had to follow up four times myself. I updated my phone number three times but kept getting replies to my update requests on my old work number - and they never got my first name right, even on the contract. I was eventually given an installation date, but told 8 days in advance that it might not happen due to rain; nobody showed that day and it did not rain (though had been forecasted earlier in the week) but it would have been helpful to have been told it was cancelled and have been given the next date for installation.I had success contacting the main office instead and was told the installation was the next business day, but I had not been advised. The installation team however was absolutely excellent. It took one and a half days due to a heat wave but they explained everything and did a great job installing/cleaning up. They sent photos of the finished result and were very polite and friendly. I'd recommend this business if you're not particularly eager for follow up information and communication and want a good end result which we're entirely happy with (though still haven't gotten a bill to see any savings/reduction).

Review is 5 months after installation. Installation was delayed due to weather but when there was a better opportunity the installation team had installed the system quite quickly. The solar system consists of 30x REC N-Peak 330w with SolarEdge… More DC optimisers P370 and a SolarEdge SE8000 inverter. On average since Installation the system has produced 38 kW per day. There has been no issues with the Solar System since installation and the SolarEdge monitoring tool is excellent in tracking production of solar energy.
