The TOPHiKu6 510W is built on N-type TOPCon cells, which squeeze more power out of each panel than older cell types. It puts out 510W at 22.9% efficiency, so you fit more generation onto the roof without needing extra panels.
It’s made for our conditions. The temperature coefficient is -0.29%/°C, meaning it keeps producing when the roof gets hot rather than dropping off the way cheaper panels do. It’s got strong anti-PID and anti-LeTID performance too, so the output stays steady year after year instead of fading early. It handles front loads up to 5400Pa and rear loads up to 2400Pa, is tested against a 45mm hail ball to the IEC 61215 standard, and the junction box is IP68 rated against dust and water.
Canadian Solar backs it with a 25-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty, with first-year degradation capped at 1% and no more than 0.4% a year after that. It’s a well-credentialled panel as well, carrying the full slate of IEC, UL, and CGC certifications, which matters for approvals and rebate eligibility in Australia.
