The SigenStor Battery 10.0 is a stackable storage module for homes and small businesses running solar. It’s built on 314Ah LiFePO4 cells, which is the chemistry most installers prefer for home batteries because it runs cool and lasts. This one is rated for 10,000 cycles, so even charging and discharging once a day it’s got decades of life in it.
The clever bit is the built-in optimiser on each module. It lets you mix old and new battery packs when you expand the system later, so if you add more storage in a few years you don’t have to match it to the original packs or replace what you’ve already got. Most batteries won’t let you do that.
It runs at 100% depth of discharge, meaning you can use the whole battery rather than holding a chunk in reserve. Each module gives you 9.04kWh total, with 8.76kWh of that usable. It’s modular, so you stack more packs to build the capacity your home needs. There’s 5-layer safety protection built in, and an IP66 rating, so it sits happily on a wall or floor, indoors or out. It’s also CEC approved, which matters for rebate eligibility in Australia.
