Review is 5 months after installation. Installation was delayed due to weather but when there was a better opportunity the installation team had installed the system quite quickly. There has been no issues with the Solar System since installation and the SolarEdge monitoring tool is excellent in tracking production of solar energy.

Overall we're happy with the outcome in the long term but we had a fair bit of difficulty getting info on the products we were comparing/considering and even less communication regarding installation after we signed the contract. I… More had to follow up four times myself. I updated my phone number three times but kept getting replies to my update requests on my old work number - and they never got my first name right, even on the contract. I was eventually given an installation date, but told 8 days in advance that it might not happen due to rain; nobody showed that day and it did not rain (though had been forecasted earlier in the week) but it would have been helpful to have been told it was cancelled and have been given the next date for installation.I had success contacting the main office instead and was told the installation was the next business day, but I had not been advised. The installation team however was absolutely excellent. It took one and a half days due to a heat wave but they explained everything and did a great job installing/cleaning up. They sent photos of the finished result and were very polite and friendly. I'd recommend this business if you're not particularly eager for follow up information and communication and want a good end result which we're entirely happy with (though still haven't gotten a bill to see any savings/reduction).

We had 19 panels installed about three months ago, what a great bunch of people they are, everything was explained to us when obtaining a quote. Our last bill before we fitted the solar was $845.20, the next bill with solar fitted was $74.52… More and that was only two months with solar and the first month with out solar, I cant wait to see the next bill. The worse thing is that I'm sending around 80% of my power back to the grid for 00.76 cents per KWH, If I could afford a battery and the sun keeps shining I would never get a bill. We had our solar installed earlier this year which was completed without a hitch. Jordan explained the whole process to us and executed the installation sooner than we had expected. Unfortunately, our electricity company took their time… More in installing the net meter and was less than communicative. Luckily, Arslan and his team at Aztech Solar was on hand, happily supporting us post-sale and helping us navigate the technical lingo electricity companies were throwing at us.
